PEER is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the organisation's quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement framework across the RTO and GTO. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the QMS, audits, and regulatory obligations, while guiding governance, reporting, and stakeholder training to ensure high standards across the group.
You will drive improvement initiatives, manage compliance risks, and partner with leaders to optimise learner outcomes and employment
