What you'll do?




Lead the delivery of project works, ensuring safety, quality, cost and programme outcomes are achieved. Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, supporting the ongoing development of team capability. Manage project planning, programming, scheduling, procurement and contract administration activities. Monitor project performance through cost management, forecasting, budgeting, progress claims and monthly financial reviews. Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing effective solutions to maintain delivery objectives. Lead and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements, contractual obligations and company procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
How you'll connect to the role?
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer with proven experience delivering mid to large-scale civil infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to pavements, roadworks and urban civil construction. You will hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification and bring a strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management and construction methodologies. We also encourage applications from experienced Project Engineers who are ready to take the next step into a senior role and are looking for an opportunity to further develop their leadership and project delivery capability. Your ability to communicate effectively,



build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors and project teams will be key to your success. Most importantly, you'll be committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while contributing to a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement across the business.
