Cosmetic Aesthetics Training Manager
to join our Support Office team, ensuring our Cosmetic Registered Nurses have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver safe, compliant, exceptional client outcomes. We are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

How You'll Make an Impact
Own and evolve the national CRN Learning Pathway, driving nurse capability, progression, and compliance in line with business, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
Manage competency assessments, training records, reporting, capability milestones, learning platform enrolments, and the Accelerated Progression Program.
Develop, facilitate, and continuously improve learning programs, training materials, webinars, virtual sessions, and competency assessments, including supplier‐led training.
Manage the training calendar and trainer network, ensuring delivery aligns with operational requirements.
Partner with leaders and provide ongoing coaching to support capability development, training adherence, and progression across the CRN network.
Conduct candidate skills assessments and clinical inject audits, identifying opportunities to improve capability, compliance,



and performance outcomes.
Build supplier partnerships and drive CRN engagement through learning campaigns, capability initiatives, and product education.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor of Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse or Doctor
Highly experienced in performing cosmetic injectable treatments.
Demonstrated experience delivering training, coaching or facilitating learning programs in cosmetic aesthetics
Strong understanding of cosmetic injectable treatments, clinical governance, and patient safety.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influencing and people leadership skills, with strong planning, organisation and the ability to multitask and prioritise
Experience developing, maintaining, or improving learning pathways and capability frameworks.
Ability to assess clinical capabilities, identify gaps and implement practical learning solutions.
Highly developed self‐awareness, emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
Strong written and verbal presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel
Highly Regarded
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent).
Experience within a multi‐site healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic, or franchise environment.
Experience developing e‐learning, facilitator‐led training, or capability assessment programs.
