Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Qualified Adult Social Worker to join the Independent Supported Living Team in Beverley. This full time, ongoing role offers a stable 37-hour week and the chance to make a meaningful difference in adults' lives.
You will carry out Care Act assessments, develop support plans, and conduct reviews, with Mental Capacity assessments and Best Interest decisions. You will work autonomously while collaborating with partner teams to safeguard service users.
