, you'll work alongside experienced Directors and Relationship Managers, supporting some of the most sophisticated property transactions in the market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move from advisory into a client-facing banking role, or for an experienced banking professional wanting exposure to larger and more complex clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analysing complex property transactions and preparing high-quality credit submissions.
Supporting investment and development finance opportunities across a diverse property portfolio.
Managing transaction execution from approval through to settlement and ongoing portfolio management.Monitoring portfolio performance and conducting annual client reviews.
Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external advisers.




Supporting Directors with client engagement, strategic discussions and business development opportunities.

Hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Property or a related discipline.
