Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Emerald centre, you will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career change or to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.
What you will be doing:
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Processing cash sales, quotes and orders
Preparing reports
Maximising sales opportunities
The hours for this role will be: 8.00AM-4.00PM

What you will bring:
Experience in customer service and or sales administration




Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
Experience in estimating and drafting in a similar industry is also highly regarded.
