SRG Global is looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to play a key role in delivering critical asset maintenance projects. This is an opportunity to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of site activities, ensuring shutdowns and maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Working across a diverse range of services including welding, mechanical fitting, scaffolding, protective coatings, cladding, NDT, and other specialist maintenance disciplines you'll be responsible for coordinating resources, supervising site operations, and ensuring seamless delivery in line with client expectations.
As the link between SRG Global and our clients, you'll drive site readiness, oversee workforce mobilisation, and ensure all activities are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all SRG Global activities are aligned with the client's requirements and critical path
Participate in site planning meetings with the client to ensure alignment
Determine labour requirements based on confirmed scope and client timelines
Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure productivity and efficiency
Maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong background in SMP scopes
Strong communication and people skills
Robust computer and systems skills and knowledge
Strong leadership and supervision management capability
Ability to interpret schedules and execute work to plan
