Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all members, demonstrating a strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Conduct fitness assessments and create specialised exercise programmes tailored to individual client needs.
Deliver and manage group fitness training sessions for up to 20 participants.
Maintain accurate administrative records, tracking membership files and workout histories.
Requirements
Previous experience as a group fitness instructor is desirable.
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, current Level 2 First Aid & CPR and lifeguard qualification highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of group fitness training techniques.
Ability to interact with and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people.
Strong motivational skills and a desire to help guests achieve their goals.
Up-to-date Working with Children check, or willingness to obtain one.
