Overview
Lead a team that supports Victoria's volunteer honorary justice program.
Help improve services for justices of the peace and bail justices across the state.
Build a skilled team and shape better policies, training and support.
Enjoy meaningful work that strengthens Victoria's justice system every day.
Ongoing, full‐time role earning $142,790 – $191,084 per year, plus super.
What You Will Do
lead a high‐performing team that delivers operational, administrative and policy support to honorary justices
provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and government about honorary justice appointments and performance
oversee effective training, policies, processes and service improvements for volunteer honorary justices
prepare clear reports and advice on complex matters, including complaints and enquiries
build strong working relationships across government to improve services and support reform
About You
A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable. Experience leading people and delivering services within legislative frameworks is important. Knowledge of volunteer programs is desirable.
