Facilities Manager (Network Coverage) – Australia Post
The role reports directly to the Senior Facilities Manager and supports the Australia Post as part of JLL's Facilities team. It is responsible for the delivery of facilities services for the Australia Post Enterprise allocated portfolio, including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs.
Responsibilities
Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to exceed service delivery expectations and facilitate works.
Deliver customer and property services for a portfolio of buildings.
Carry out building inspections and complete associated reports within the governance timeframe.
Ensure compliance with client contract regulations, all facilities procedures and statutory health and safety standards.
Manage administration and organise information for analysis and presentation to senior management.
Assist with duties assigned by the Facilities leadership team as needed.
Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the portfolio and share ideas for continuous improvement.
Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate works in conjunction with JLL Projects & Development Services account team.
Understand operational and technical requirements of the site(s) for which JLL is responsible.
Maintain current contracts to provide necessary supplies and services.
Deliver facilities‐related projects in line with agreed budget or works plans, collaborating with affected business units.
Adhere to JLL's business conduct, ensuring compliance with firm guidelines, procedures and strategies.
Monitor Help Desk/service outputs to achieve or exceed standards against key performance indicators and service level targets.

Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade related fields (desirable but not mandatory).
Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
3–7 years of proven experience in corporate real‐estate / facilities related fields.
Aptitude for interpreting and analysing numerical data, producing clear and logical reports with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of both reactive and routine maintenance, with 24‐hour call‐out/ contact requirement.
Valid Driver's Licence (required for travel across the portfolio).

Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
Experience managing vendor services for specialised facilities.
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (e.g., computer room AC, chiller, fire protection, mechanical & electrical, BMS).
Strong administration skills in front‐ and back‐office processes, preferably in FM.
Excellent customer service and people skills.
Solid PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with client reporting and preparation of reports.
Enjoys being part of a high‐performing team.
