IKIGAI Motors AU in Victoria is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service & Showroom Assistant.
You will answer inquiries, book appointments, and route questions to the right person, while keeping the showroom tidy and vehicles well presented.
You will support follow-ups and CRM updates, coordinate with workshop to ensure vehicle readiness, and assist with handovers, photos, and customer communications.
Previous retail or hospitality experience is welcome, and a passion for cars is a plus.
