About the Role
As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Camberwell, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centered care.
You Will
Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes




Oversee assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
Manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
Build robust relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and the broader leadership team
Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture
What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
