About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this is a broad Accounting opportunity offered on an initial fixed-term contract, with a robust view to permanency.
You'll take ownership of the Australian finance function while working closely with the Global Shared Services team and external advisors.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll lead the month‐end close process, prepare financial reporting, oversee accounts payable and receivable activities, support tax and audit requirements, and provide meaningful financial insights across the business.
You'll also play an important role in driving process improvements following a recent systems migration, working closely with both local and global finance teams.
There is no expectation to work outside normal business hours.
About You
You are an experienced Accountant,



Senior Accountant or Bookkeeper with strong end‐to‐end accounting experience and enjoy working in a varied, hands‐on role.
You have solid month‐end experience, including journals, reconciliations and financial reporting, and are confident partnering with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience within retail, FMCG or another product‐based environment would be highly regarded, along with robust commercial acumen and an understanding of customer‐driven businesses.
Experience with Sage would be advantageous but is not essential, with candidates bringing experience across other ERP systems encouraged to apply.
Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
