Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Documentation Specialist at Health Manager Level 2 to partner with clinicians and Clinical Coders to improve documentation quality and accuracy. The role drives education, reviews documentation and supports improvements for coding, funding and patient care.
This current function will influence practice, build capability and deliver sustainable improvements benefiting health service performance and patient outcomes.
