This role requires someone who's comfortable in complex, shifting environments and can confidently work with senior stakeholders, drive engagement, and help shape the direction of the projects. The role will be managing and rolling out between 2-3 Projects of various sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a viability paper to inform go/no-go decisions and broader strategy.
Manage and coordinate a project Steering Committee, including preparing packs and driving decision-making.
Plan and facilitate workshops with diverse business and technical stakeholders to define scope, dependencies, and risks.
Navigate ambiguity and change, adjusting plans and priorities as the project evolves.
Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to shape sprint-based execution phases.
Maintain project documentation, tracking, and reporting across planning and delivery phases.




Act as a critical conduit between business goals and technical execution.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience leading business-focused IT projects in large or federated environments.
Experience working on CRM/Salesforces/SaaS projects
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence interacting with executives, SteerCo members, and SMEs.
Demonstrated ability to produce and contribute to viability papers, business cases, or strategic documentation.
Experience facilitating workshops to extract insights and align stakeholders.
Comfortable with agile/hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning and adaptive delivery.
Robust organisational and communication skills.
