Our client is seeking an experienced Landscape Site Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a full‐time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of government and commercial landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and coordinate all on‐site landscaping activities, including liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost‐effective completion of projects.
Supervise and mentor a team of landscape apprentices, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver exceptional work.
Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of landscaping processes and procedures.




What We're Looking For
Minimum three years' experience as a Landscape Site Manager or similar role in the civil/landscape industry.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate a job site.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Thorough understanding of landscaping techniques, materials, plant and equipment, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
Proficient in the use of site management apps.
