Key responsibilities
Support and execute sales strategies to drive growth
Lead, coach and develop a high‐performing sales team
Analyse sales data and identify improvement opportunities
Oversee merchandising, product displays and store layout
Manage inventory levels and stock availability
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
About you
2–3+ years' experience in retail sales or merchandising
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Solid analytical and problem‐solving skills
Eye for detail and passion for product presentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Results‐driven and proactive
