Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionateNurse Educator – Clinicalto join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs, ensuring nursing staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation of educational, professional development programs, resources, and strategies for nursing and related services.
Develop and review quality and safety initiatives, and set clinical standards.
Drive policy development and change management within the clinical education context.
Collaborate with colleagues and the Nursing Director in implementing and reviewing clinical education programs.
Practice within the scope of practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in nursing education, curriculum design, and clinical training.
Experience with selection and recruitment processes.




Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage education initiatives.
