What We're Looking For
An enterprise-grade
Databricks Architect
with deep expertise in
Spark
and cloud-native platforms. Combines technical mastery of
data modeling
(Kimball/Vault) and




governance
with a strong consulting background in
team leadership
and solution estimation.
Design & Architecture:
Lead end-to-end design of scalable, secure cloud data systems, primarily using the
Databricks
ecosystem.
Technical Execution:
Build and optimize high-performance data pipelines utilizing
Spark
and
Delta Lake
.
Strategic Leadership:
Act as a technical mentor for delivery teams and a strategic advisor for clients to define project roadmaps.
Collaboration:
Bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation through cross-functional teamwork.
