The Role
Be part of a team of delivery specialists creating the best experiences for our customers and wider team.
You'll find yourself engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure all parts of the features we deliver meet or exceed expectations as part of complex systems.
You'll ensure each of the projects you're responsible for is set up for success by being the key interface, managing risks, reporting, workshops, alignment across delivery streams as needed, communication and enablement of the projects to complete successful delivery.
Deliver customer, consultant and business-focused solutions for the CIS business through full project lifecycle management from inception to close
Manage projects using Agile methodologies, running Steering Groups, Stakeholder Sessions, Post-Implementation Reviews and discovery workshops
Work closely with subject matter experts and business representatives to analyse business needs, expectations and constraints
Design and deliver comprehensive project plans, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure all deliverables are met on time, within budget and to required standards
Actively engage with technology and development teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Provide recommendations for resource allocation, including early identification of capability and capacity issues
Deliver timely status reports,
project documentation and effective representation at internal and cross-departmental meetings
Identify areas for ongoing improvement to delivery and the Project Management Framework to increase effectiveness
Work closely with the change management department to create and implement change and communication plans
Assist the team with business analysis, performance analysis and reporting as requested
Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, preferred
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or similar) & demonstrated experience applying these methodologies, preferred
Well-developed understanding of legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and/or system enhancement in software development
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels, along with strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Proven organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
Ability to organise project teams and identify business growth opportunities
Capacity to understand complex business principles and IT literacy to learn new systems
