Job Description / Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a testing team responsible for validating the digital front‐end experience across customer‐facing digital platforms.
Define and execute end‐to‐end test strategies, plans and test cases in agile delivery models.
Coordinate testing across agile squads, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with product owners, developers and business stakeholders.
Conduct functional, integration, and exploratory testing as needed.
Manage defect identification, resolution and reporting to stakeholders.
Support release planning, test reporting and ensure alignment with best practices and quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Test Lead in digital or customer‐facing platform environments.
Strong experience in end‐to‐end testing within agile delivery models.
Hands‐on testing capability across functional, integration and UI testing.
Exposure to digital platforms (web/mobile applications).




Experience leading and mentoring testing teams in fast‐paced environments.
Strong understanding of test strategy, planning and execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work across multiple teams/squads and manage competing priorities.
Experience in general insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
Exposure to insurance platforms such as Guidewire is beneficial but not essential.
