About the Role
AMIGA Montessori is seeking an experienced and passionate Childcare Centre Manager to lead our Armstrong Creek service.
As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, guide and develop a dedicated team of educators, build strong partnerships with families and ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Centre Manager or a highly capable 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, Montessori-inspired education and care
Build trusted relationships with children, families and the Armstrong Creek community
Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and the centre's Quality Improvement Plan
Manage enrolments, occupancy, centre tours, family enquiries and the overall presentation of the service
Plan staffing, rosters and wages in line with educator-to-child ratios and wage-to-revenue percentage targets
About You
Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent




Have proven Centre Manager experience or significant experience as a 2IC or Assistant Centre Manager
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Safe Standards
Be confident managing staffing, rosters, wages, occupancy, compliance and competing operational priorities
Hold a current Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
