We at Coforge are hiring Automation Test Engineer with the following skillset:
Design, develop, and maintain robusttest automation frameworksusingPlaywright and Karate
Develop end-to-end, API, and UI automation test suites
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QE teams to ensure quality across releases
Driveshift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and automation best practices
Analyse test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
Contribute to test strategy, estimation, and planning activities
Mandatory Skills
Robust hands-on experience inPlaywright (UI automation)
Solid experience inKarate framework (API automation)
Experience withCI/CD tools(Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Good understanding ofREST APIs, microservices, and test design techniques
Experience with version control (Git)
Good to Have
Experience inRetail domain(highly preferred)
Exposure toBDD frameworksand tools
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
