Landis+Gyr is seeking an experiencedHuman Resources Officerto join ourANZ & SEA HR team.

As the HR Officer, you'll play a hands‐on role across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and people programs, partnering closely with leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive the recruitment process end to end.
Seamlessly onboard new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and are set up for success.
Provide HR support and foster a positive, high‐performing workplace culture at the manufacturing facility.
Be the go-to HR contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support.
Build solid relationships with operational, production, and support teams to understand workforce needs and support business outcomes.
Maintain HR records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Support learning & development initiatives to help employees grow and excel.
Support the implementation of regional and global HR programs across ANZ & SEA.
Assist with HR reporting, metrics and people insights.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline preferred.
Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems is highly desirable.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Experience working in a multinational organisation will be well regarded.
