We are a successful Building Company providing services to commercial and government clientele. We are based in Cockburn however our broad range of clients has us working from Mandurah to North of Perth CBD and also country locations.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their role with us, with this ever expanding Building Company. The role requires a hands‐on approach to all works assigned. It also entails working closely with our internal team, contractors, suppliers and encouraging strong relationships with our existing clients. On site Interaction will be required as well as supervision of site in certain circumstances.

Role Overview
As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be at the helm of Estimating Minor Works Project while undertaking Project Management / Delivery as well as Supervision of sites.
The role entails Estimating, planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating the construction of building projects. You will manage all resources involved in the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget,



and to the highest standards.
General Responsibilities
Preparing tenders and contract bids
Supervise multiple projects from award to hand-over, through a hands‐on management approach.
Attending Tender meetings
Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.
Understand scope of works, engineering specifications and drawings
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
General to Advanced IT skills and experience
Set up of site and supervision where required
Review of all JHA's, SWMS's and work procedures and make recommendations where required.
Complete ISO **** and ISO *****:**** paperwork as required to meet Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the coordination of all project activities from inception to completion.
Resource Management:
Manage all resources involved in the construction process, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to achieve project goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Foster a collaborative work environment and provide clear direction and support to team members.
Quality Control:




Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
Client Communication:
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any project-related problems or conflicts. Implement solutions promptly to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. ISO compliance
Qualifications
Education:
For the
Project Manager Role
- Qualifications in Project Management certification such as PMP, PMBOK or Equivalent.
For the
Trainee Role
– Any Experience in the construction industry i.e. Trade, site supervision, estimator, Planner
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
Attributes:
Detail‐oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
