We're seeking experiencedCase Managers and Senior Case Managersto join an organisation that is genuinely investing in its people, technology, and customer outcomes.

You'll report into an inspiring leadership team, working in a small supportive team each having a dedicated Injury Management Specialist, ensuring you have the guidance and support needed to succeed.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Case Manager looking to step into a Senior position or an established Senior Case Manager wanting to work within a high-performing team that genuinely empowers you to make decisions.
You'll manage a portfolio of predominantly physical claims while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Depending on your experience and preference, you can manage either a front-end or tail-end portfolio, focusing on delivering outstanding return-to-work outcomes.
You'll be joining a collaborative team that is passionate about customer service, continuous improvement, and making a genuine difference in people's lives.

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
12+ months experience managing Workers Compensation claims
Experience managing physical injury claims (highly regarded)
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High emotional intelligence with the ability to balance empathy and commercial outcomes
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and mentor others
The ability to adapt to new technology, systems, and legislative changes
