We are seeking an experienced and passionateCentre Directorto lead a thriving 205-place early learning service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and collaborative leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering strong community relationships, and delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators.
Working within a shared leadership model alongside a supportive and collaborative leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping centre culture, mentoring educators, driving quality outcomes, and ensuring the ongoing success of a thriving service.

Some of the Responsibilities Include
Leading the day-to-day operations of the service
Mentoring, developing, and supporting a large team of educators and leaders
Building strong partnerships with families and the wider community
Driving a positive, collaborative, and high-performing centre culture
Overseeing staffing, enrolments, compliance, and operational performance
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
Supporting and developing future leaders within the service
Working closely with the wider leadership team to achieve centre goals and strategic objectives
What We're Looking For
An experienced and passionate Centre Director who is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
Proven experience leading and developing large teams
A strong relationship builder who values partnerships with families, educators, and the wider community
Great operational knowledge across staffing, enrolments, compliance, and service performance
A genuine passion for creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators
Essential Requirements
Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen (sponsorship not available)
Bachelor of Education Early Childhood or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
2+ years Centre Director experience, ideally within a large service
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law, and Regulations
Current Working with Children Check and relevant certifications
