Scotch College invites applications for the position of Head of Junior School, a rare and compelling leadership opportunity within one of Australia's most respected independent boys' schools. The Junior School is a flourishing, relationally rich learning community grounded in outstanding teaching, a deep understanding of boys, and a strong partnership with families. Under the outgoing Head's transformational leadership, enrolments have more than doubled.
Responsibilities
The Head of Junior School is a member of the College Executive and plays a key role in advancing Scotch College's mission to develop boys of character, curiosity and service. The successful candidate will inherit a strong foundation and will be entrusted with shaping the next chapter of the Junior School's growth and excellence.




Qualifications
Evidence of a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA).
Exceptional educational leadership experience with warmth, presence and strategic thinking.
Credibility and robust relationships with children, staff, parents and colleagues.
Commitment to child protection and compliance with child safety standards.
