Job Description
Coordinate and support multiple strategic and operational projects across the organisation.
Work closely with executives, senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive project outcomes and organisational priorities.
Prepare project documentation, governance papers, reports and presentations to support decision-making.
Monitor project progress, timelines, risks and key deliverables, ensuring initiatives remain on track.
Support the delivery of major strategic initiatives, including system improvement projects and capital developments.
Analyse project and business data, providing insights and reporting to support informed decision-making.
Assist in developing and improving project governance frameworks, processes and reporting structures.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and contribute to a collaborative, outcomes-focused culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Coordinator should have:
Experience coordinating projects, business improvement initiatives or strategic programs.
Solid organisational skills,



with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
Experience preparing project reports, governance documentation and executive-level presentations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
A proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to work autonomously and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Governance or a related discipline.
A genuine alignment to purpose-driven organisations and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
Experience within the not-for-profit, community services or values-driven sector.
Exposure to project governance frameworks, business planning or organisational transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
