Role Description
The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our newest concept store Watergardens, responsible for leading all aspects of store operations.
In this role, the Store Manager oversees daily store performance, including sales targets, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
The position involves coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of customer service, and fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
The Store Manager monitors store profitability and implements strategies to minimise loss, maintain compliance with company policies, and optimise operational efficiency.




This role also collaborates with regional leadership to execute brand initiatives and delivers an engaging in-store experience that reflects SHEIKE's style and values.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Proven Store Management experience in fashion or specialty retail, including responsibility for sales, team leadership, and day-to-day operations.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to provide explicit direction, coach team members, and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including stock control, cash handling procedures, and compliance with company standards.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team development, performance management, and creating an inclusive, high-energy work environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing business needs.
Experience with POS systems, basic reporting, and retail KPIs; familiarity with visual merchandising standards is an advantage.
Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends, late trading, and peak retail periods; prior experience in a fashion retail environment is highly desirable.
