We are looking for an experienced
Mainframe Developer
to support the Connex Switch platform and contribute to the Switch Modernization Program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and provide build support for Connex on Mainframe
Analyze, review, and implement vendor-proposed changes and customizations.
Collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Enhance customer Host Scheme PI during bi-annual compliance releases.
Support Risk 9 asset initiatives, including Connex migration to current switch platforms.
Monitor system performance and ensure the stability of the Connex mainframe environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents with timely fixes.
Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance for all code changes.




Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong experience in Mainframe Development.
Good understanding of payment switch systems (Connex preferred).
Experience working in financial services or payments domain is highly desirable.
Strong skills in requirements analysis and technical documentation.
Detail-oriented with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changing project requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
