Mining Supervisor
to support the delivery of additional works onsite.
In this role, you will provide strong leadership to ensure your team operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

To be considered for these positions you must possess the following as a minimum:
Relevant supervisory experience in the Mining industry
Good working knowledge of the Mines Safety Act and Regulations
Hold the Statutory Supervisor S26 certification
Experience in the operation of Heavy Mining Earthmoving equipment
Ability to lead, develop and mentor workforce
Strong communication and organisation skills
As a Mining Supervisor reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices and conduct daily safety reviews and inspections
Prioritise resources, machinery and people to ensure Daily Mine plan is achieved and production maximised
Monitor and evaluate performance throughout the shift to identify variance from the production plan and act where necessary
Work with Maintenance Supervisors to implement maintenance plans
Manage and assess training requirements of your team
Prepare accurate and timely production and labour reports
Providing initiatives to improve the Project
