We are seeking suitable applications for a highly capable and values-driven health qualified to join our Cancer Network WA's WAPsycho-Oncology Service (WAPOS) team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS).
This is a Permanent Part time appointment at 30.4 hours (0.4 FTE) per fortnight.
Responsibilities
The Duty Officer is responsible for triaging enquiries and referrals to the WAPsycho-Oncology Service – assessing the nature and appropriateness of referrals and implementing preliminary management plans; develops referral networks and promotes effective liaison with referrers; contributes to the provision of psycho-oncology education, consultancy and research services as an agent of change.
