We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, based at our Head Office in Mitcham. This role will ideally suit an individual who is highly self-motivated, reliable and has excellent verbal, written communication skills and is very much a team player.
The Role
GL coding
Batching
Processing Invoices
Supplier Reconciliations
Queries and payment runs
General ledger entries
Basic knowledge of Word & Excel
About You
Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role (preferable 2+ years)
Willingness to learn and ask questions
Attentive to detail
Effective in managing your own time
Ability to work in a team
