Newmont Australia is seeking a Reliability Engineer to focalise reliability for the Boddington shovel fleet. You will partner with maintenance, operations and technical teams to identify failure trends, eliminate repeat defects and optimise maintenance strategies to maximise performance and minimise costs.
You will apply RCA, FMEA and RCM methodologies, analyse downtime, and develop lifecycle cost models while mentoring staff in best practices.
