A high-performing real estate investment manager is looking to add a high-calibre investment analyst to a growing team. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning fund reporting, valuations, transactions and investor materials.
Key responsibilities
Support Board and quarterly investor reporting (asset, fund, market and financial performance update)
Maintain and update fund and asset valuation models, operational and leasing capital schedules
Assist with cash flow analysis, distribution resolutions and the external valuation process
Support acquisitions: cashflow modelling, due diligence, market research and IC approval papers
Assist Asset Management with strategic plans, budgets and benchmarking
Undertake repositioning and reconfiguration feasibility analysis
About
Degree in Commerce, Business, Economics or Finance
Postgraduate study underway or complete (CA, CFA, RICS, MAppFin, MProp) highly regarded
2+ years' experience in corporate finance, real estate investment or funds management
Strong Excel modelling skills with sharp analytical ability
Excellent communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, autonomous workplace
