As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced
Governance & Sustainability Manager
to help build the systems, partnerships and sustainable foundations that will support our next stage of growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and coordinate activities across:
Governance, Board and Committee administration
Risk management, compliance and policy framework development
Quality assurance, accreditation and continuous improvement
Work Health and Safety, psychosocial safety and incident management
Recruitment, onboarding and workforce systems
Strategic projects and organisational initiatives
Financial sustainability and revenue diversification projects
Social enterprise development and practitioner training growth
Partnership development and stakeholder engagement
Business case development, reporting and organisational planning

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key leadership role across governance, organisational quality, people processes, workplace safety, strategic projects and long-term sustainability.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will help strengthen organisational systems while identifying opportunities that support future growth, innovation and financial sustainability.
No two days are the same. One day you may be preparing Board papers, reviewing organisational policies or leading accreditation activities. The next you may be developing a business case for a new social enterprise initiative, strengthening organisational systems or supporting strategic partnerships.
This is an opportunity to influence organisational direction while ensuring Reily continues to grow sustainably and deliver meaningful outcomes for South Australian families.
