ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced People Partner to join our Shared Services team and support people and leaders across Seeker Agency, Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs.
This is a hands‐on HR generalist role with genuine breadth.
You'll work closely with our Head of People & Culture to keep the operational engine running while providing practical, trusted advice to leaders across the group.
You'll move between advising leaders, leading learning and development programs, shaping recruitment, strengthening people processes and turning data into useful insights.
With support from our Workplace Coordinator, you'll have the space to take real ownership of the work that helps our people grow and the business perform.
You'll be comfortable moving between detail and conversation, keeping things organised while understanding the wider business context.
You'll know when to step in, when to challenge and when something needs to be escalated.
Most importantly, you'll understand agency life.
You know how creative and project‐based teams operate, how quickly priorities can shift and how to provide structure without adding unnecessary process.
Here's a snapshot your day-to-day:
Act as a trusted first point of contact for leaders and employees across day‐to‐day people matters
Coach managers through feedback, performance, development and team conversations
Manage day‐to‐day employee relations matters with fairness, sound judgement and clear documentation
Coordinate end‐to‐end recruitment across a range of disciplines and seniority levels
Manage onboarding, off‐boarding, probation reviews, parental leave and other employee lifecycle moments
Prepare contracts, offers, employment variations and supporting documentation
Own the day‐to‐day management of HiBob, ensuring employee data is accurate and reliable
Drive the operational delivery of our Pathfinders performance and development cycle
Prepare people reporting and insights across headcount, turnover, leave, engagement and workforce trends
Coordinate learning, leadership and capability‐building initiatives across the group
Support engagement surveys, action planning, wellbeing and culture initiatives
Maintain clear, relevant and compliant policies, templates and employee records
Translate Fair Work requirements and people practices into practical, agency‐friendly advice
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen systems and improve the employee experience
Build strong and credible relationships with leaders and teams across all three businesses
ABOUT YOU
You're an experienced generalist who enjoys being close to the business and taking genuine ownership of your work.
You combine strong people instincts with operational discipline.
You're warm and approachable, but you're also comfortable giving clear advice,
navigating sensitive matters and holding people accountable when required.
You'll bring:
4-5 years' experience in HR or People & Culture in a generalist role
Experience within an agency, creative, media, production or events environment
Confidence advising and coaching managers on day‐to‐day people matters
Hands‐on experience managing employee relations, performance and conduct matters
Working knowledge of Fair Work, the National Employment Standards and applicable Awards
Experience coordinating recruitment processes from briefing through to offer
Experience supporting performance and development cycles
Strong HR systems capability, with HiBob experience highly regarded
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Sound judgement, discretion and emotional intelligence
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A practical, proactive approach and the confidence to make things happen
A genuine interest in building high‐performing, well‐supported teams
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline would be valued, but equivalent practical experience is just as important.
WHY JOIN US?
We're ambitious, creative and grounded, and we care deeply about how we work together.
You'll be joining a business that moves quickly, backs its people and gives you meaningful exposure across the full People & Culture remit.
There's real opportunity to influence how we work, strengthen your advisory capability and continue growing alongside the group.
When you join us, you'll enjoy:
A monthly wellness program
Quarterly Creative Days
An annual Group Retreat
Ongoing development through our Pathfinders program
Exposure to a broad range of people, culture and business challenges
A values‐led, people‐first culture
A strong focus on community and giving back
