We're a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
The Role
This role exists to ensure SafetyCulture's Salesforce platform is expertly administered and closely aligned with the needs of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. As part of a broader Salesforce practice at SafetyCulture, the Salesforce Administrator owns a clear scope of GTM-facing platform work, while independently leading cross-functional projects to scope, build, and deliver system enhancements that improve how our sales and Customer Success teams operate.
How you will spend your time
Own the GTM-facing scope of Salesforce administration — including fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and process automation — working alongside other Salesforce specialists in the organisation to keep the platform reliable and scalable.
Work independently with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and lead cross-functional system change projects from requirements through testing, rollout, and adoption.
Evaluate where AI can enhance Salesforce workflows and processes, and implement AI-assisted solutions where they add measurable value.
Provide technical support to Salesforce users, resolving issues and addressing enhancement requests clearly and promptly.
Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides to build platform capability across the GTM team.

Support integration and data flow between Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools such as Gainsight and Gong to ensure systems work together effectively.
About you
Technical skills
Deep hands-on Salesforce administration capability — custom fields and objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, process automation, permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and automations, working independently without close technical supervision.
Solid understanding of the Lead-to-Revenue process in Salesforce, including opportunity management and subscription lifecycle.
Experience scoping and managing cross-functional system change projects, including requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, testing, and adoption.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator and App Builder preferred) — active Trailhead engagement welcomed.
Familiarity with adjacent GTM tools such as Gainsight or Gong, and how they connect with Salesforce.
Behavioural Skills
Works independently with stakeholders across functions — comfortable owning a requirements conversation without close management.
Breaks ambiguous business problems into clear technical scope and moves forward without waiting for a perfect brief.
Solutions-oriented: brings options, not just problems, and follows through to delivery.
Communicates technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and writes documentation that teams actually use.
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the outcome — knows when precision matters and when to keep moving.
AI skills
Uses AI tools actively to develop and refine Salesforce flows, workflows,

and automations more efficiently.
Applies AI to diagnose and resolve platform issues faster.
Evaluates whether AI could enhance existing Salesforce workflows or processes and can build or recommend AI-assisted solutions where appropriate.
Stays across AI developments relevant to GTM systems and how they might apply to SafetyCulture's tech stack.
