Visa2land Pty Ltd The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, integration, commissioning, testing, and optimisation of telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure while ensuring reliable, high-quality network performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei technologies to contribute to the deployment of next-generation telecommunications networks.
Duties Design, configure and commission telecommunications system and networks. Integrating the site and perform the call test. Install the Pathfinder Racks, Power systems and RRU's as per the RFSR.
Attend site to construct, install, service and support equipment, systems and facilities. Produce, update and improve technical documentation to support security requirements and operational support of systems. Build the site as per the approved Rf design by the clients.
Loading the scripts for Routers, Basebands, DUW and DUS. Build the 5G networks using appropriate equipment. Determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems, data and network.
Monitor and ascertain system performance, capacity, to proactively identify service-impacting issues.



Key Competencies Qualifications in telecommunication engineering or related. Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in similar role.
Experience working with Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei equipment. Hand-on with troubleshooting VSWR, ASM and performance degraded alarms.
