Operations Supervisor Darwin
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team, following the upcoming departure of our current post holder. This is a key role within our organisation, supporting the day‐to‐day delivery of fire protection services and ensuring our operational standards remain high.
Responsibilities
Supervising daily operational activity across all aspects of the fire trade
Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to technicians and support staff
Managing warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics
Supporting customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service delivery
Carrying out technician duties as required to maintain workflow and service levels
About You We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has experience in fire protection or a related technical field
Brings strong organisational and leadership skills
Can communicate clearly with staff, customers, and suppliers
Thrives in a busy, hands‐on operational environment
Is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
