About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Project Marketing Executive to join our growing team in either Melbourne or Brisbane.
This is an opportunity to work across a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects spanning luxury residential developments, mixed‐use precincts, hospitality venues and evolving lifestyle brands.
You'll play a key role in shaping how Kokoda projects are positioned, launched and experienced in market, helping bring to life projects that stand apart through design, storytelling and customer experience.
From major launches and display suite experiences to digital campaigns, brand strategy and stakeholder engagement, this role offers variety,



ownership and the chance to work on projects that genuinely make an impact.
You'll also have exposure to some of the country's most talked‐about developments, including Teneriffe Banks, the Brisbane riverfront precinct that generated more than $285 million in launch‐day sales and continues to set a benchmark for luxury living in Australia.
Working closely with Sales, Development, Creative and external agency partners, you'll help drive project performance while contributing to the continued evolution of the Kokoda Brand.
About the role
Support the development and execution of project marketing strategies across multiple projects and asset classes
Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, media, events and social channels
Assist with the production of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, email campaigns, display suite content and sales tools
Coordinate launch campaigns, VIP events, stakeholder functions and customer experience initiatives
Manage agency, supplier and media relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and campaign reporting to support strategy and decision‐making
Manage project marketing budgets, invoices and forecasting
Work closely with internal Development, Sales and Creative teams to ensure alignment across messaging and delivery
Maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle of projects




Contribute ideas and initiatives that continue to elevate the Kokoda brand and customer experience
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
Proven experience in property development marketing and project launches
Strong understanding of branding, campaign management and customer experience
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Commercially aware and confident interpreting marketing insights and performance data
Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Collaborative team player who thrives in fast‐paced environments
