Your Role

We are seeking leading hands and supervisors with proven experience in all of the following areas:
Utilities
Civil works
Traffic management
Temporary works
TMR exposure
Your Day-to-Day




Take pride in leading site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standard
Oversee and manage all aspects of civil construction works, from planning through to completion
Provide hands-on leadership to achieve key targets across safety, quality, budget, productivity, and plant utilisation
Prepare and maintain short-term construction programs (2 weeks ahead) to keep projects on track
Monitor and report on KPI performance, driving continuous improvement across the site
Manage labour, plant resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations
Complete daily site administration tasks accurately and on time

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in a leading hand/supervisory role within civil construction
Proven experience across utilities, civil works, traffic management, temporary works, and TMR projects
Ability to provide references to support your experience
Robust ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Solid time management and organisational skills
White Card and valid driver's licence (mandatory)
Relevant qualifications in civil construction or project management (advantageous)
Various plant machinery tickets (advantageous)
