Downer is seeking an Asset Manager to join our Health and Education team in Western Australia. You will deliver strategic asset maintenance management, lifecycle planning and compliance across a diverse social infrastructure portfolio, reporting to the Contract Manager and supporting essential services.
You will lead asset data analysis, lifecycle forecasting, and advisory reports while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
