As a
Fixed Plant & Heavy Mobile Equipment Operator
, you'll be involved in all aspects of our recycling operation. While plant operation will be your primary focus, you'll also enjoy a varied workday that includes working alongside a supportive team to keep the site running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
Operating fixed plant and heavy mobile equipment (HME)
Loading road trucks with finished product
Managing inbound materials and stock movements
Loading materials for mobile processing equipment
Operating haul trucks and transporting materials around site
Working closely with the Site Manager, Supervisor, and wider team
Assisting with general site maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining high safety and environmental standards
What We're Looking For
Experience operating fixed plant and/or heavy mobile equipment
Experience in quarrying, recycling, crushing, screening,



or blending operations is highly regarded
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a team environment
