Bega Garnbirringu Health Service is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead quality, compliance, accreditation, risk management and governance across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role supports culturally safe, community-led services while ensuring organisational standards and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality, risk and compliance systems across the organisation.
Coordinate accreditation and audit activities.
Oversee policies, procedures and document control.
Maintain organisational risk registers and compliance reporting.
Drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Support culturally safe information governance and Aboriginal Data Sovereignty principles.
Provide training, guidance and support to managers and staff.
Prepare reports and dashboards for Executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
Experience in quality, compliance, governance or risk management within health, community services or a similar environment.
Experience using quality management systems such as Logiqc, or the ability to quickly learn recent systems.
Strong policy writing,



reporting and organisational skills.
Understanding of and commitment to culturally safe practice.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
Knowledge of accreditation frameworks such as NSQHS, RACGP, ISO **** or AQF/RTO requirements.
Understanding of Aboriginal Data Sovereignty.
Experience supporting audits, accreditation processes or quality system implementation.
Requirements
Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months).
Current Working with Children Check.
