Join a supportive and experienced Construction team
In this role, you will
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards
Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve efficient project delivery




Drive a solid safety culture and maintain compliance with WHS legislation and Ingenia requirements
Monitor workmanship, manage quality inspections and oversee defect identification and rectification
Maintain site records, reporting and documentation, while supporting project handovers and stakeholder communication
About You
Minimum 5 years' site supervision experience within residential or domestic construction
Contractor license/Nominated Supervisor license is highly regarded
Proven experience leading trades, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders on active construction sites
Strong knowledge of residential construction, plans, specifications and defect management
Sound understanding of NSW WHS requirements and safe work practices, with a White Card
Organised, proactive and commercially aware, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
