Visy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based at the Dandenong site to lead a diverse team and drive safe, productive production performance. You will report to the State Operations Manager and own site performance across safety, HR, maintenance, quality, and financial outcomes.
You will inspire, set clear expectations, coach staff, and partner with leaders to meet KPIs, productivity targets, and continuous improvement initiatives through Lean/CI practices.
