We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our high‐performing team based in Sydney, NSW.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‐on professional looking to step up and play a key role in delivering complex and impactful landscape and civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all trade activities and liaise with Foreperson/Site Manager on site activities.
Support site supervision and manage coordination of small teams or subcontractors as a Leading Hand.
Contribute to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) compliance on site.
Assist in monitoring construction programs to ensure works are delivered on time.
Participate in toolbox meetings.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
About You
Proven experience in landscape and/or civil construction.




Strong knowledge of horticulture.
Current Construction Induction (White) Card.
Valid driver's licence.
Ability to take initiative in solving problems and accelerating the completion of tasks relevant to the job.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the ability to set out projects and lead by example.
