About the opportunity
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving our fixed plant and equipment throughout the glass recycling plant.
Shift Details
8‐hour Day Shift
from Monday to Friday plus opportunity for overtime on Saturday
What you'll do
Preventative maintenance tasks and continuous improvement projects
Mechanical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response across site equipment
Welding, fabrication and boilermaking repairs as needed
Assisting with planning and prioritising daily maintenance activities
Supporting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with site procedures
Contributing to plant upgrades and reliability improvements
What you bring
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent)
Dogman ticket (highly desirable)
Forklift License (highly desirable)
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
